Barbara Ann (nee Lay) Allen of Goshen, OH., passed away on December 1, 2024 at the age of 80. Barbara was born on January 9, 1944 in Jellico, TN. to James E. and Pearl M. Lay.

Barbara is survived by four grandchildren, Keith Allen, Rodger Allen, Patrick Henson and Phillip Henson; daughter-in-law, Joyce Allen; brother, Bobby (Geneva) Lay; also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.

Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Allen; son, Samuel Jay Allen; five brother, James Lay, Darrell Lay, Fred Lay, Roger Lay and Billy Lay; sister, Carolyn Tso.

Barbara worked at the Disabled American Veterans in Alexandria, KY for 47 years as a mail carrier and operator. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many.
