She is survived by her Parents, Chelsea Sherwood and Myles Parkinson; brother, Colton; sister Layla; grandparents, Shane and Tammy Sherwood.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday September 19, 2015 at 4 PM at Clarksville Cemetery, Clarksville, OH.
