Aval S. Roy, 83, of Blanchester, went to be with the Lord on October 17, 2014. She was the beloved mother of Curtis "Gene" (Rebecca) Johnson, Wanda Estep, Rita Malone, and Lora (Bruce) Leumkuhl; loving grandmother and great-grandmother to numerous grandchildren; she also leaves behind six brothers and four sisters. Aval was preceded in death by her husband Edward Roy; children, Ray Johnson and Betty Estep; Parents, Elmer and Jewell Sowell. Funeral services will be held Monday October 20, 2015 at 12NOON at Edenton First Baptist Church, 6655 Edenton-Pleasant Plain Rd., Pleasant Plain, Ohio 45162.
