Arthur David Collier, 59, passed peacefully October 22, 2020. Born July 29, 1961 to Arthur Joseph Collier and Marjorie Dee (Taylor) Collier in Mount Orab, OH. David was preceded in death by his parents, a loving grandmother, and his dear friends at Mellon Ridge, Donald Conrad, Robert Schleehauf, William Berger and Myron Neimann. He is survived by several family, friends and staff of Mellon Ridge, where Arthur David has resided since 1994. David showed great passion for his country, the United States Air Force, and classic rock music. He was a wonderful, loving person to all who knew him and will be dearly missed. Fly High David.
