Arthur "Art" Cox of Goshen, OH was born April 29, 1942 to Charlie and Ida (nee Murphy) Cox and passed away August 5, 2019 at the age of 77. He is survived by his children, Penny (Michael T.) Frazier and Vicki Cox; grandchildren, Justin M. Frazier and Cory L. Frazier; great grandchildren, Layton L. Frazier and Julian A. Frazier: a sister Cathy Farmer; a brother Philip Cox In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara A. (nee Friend) Cox; and brothers, Lawrence Cox and Cecil Cox. Memorial services will be held at 4:30 PM on Saturday August 17, 2019 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 6585 Oakland Rd. Loveland, OH 45140.
