April Lee McIntosh of Lebanon, Ohio. Loving mother of Cory McIntosh and Tabitha McIntosh. Caring grandmother of Ean, Audrey, and Beckhem McIntosh. Dear sister of David Kuehl and Cherished daughter of Carol (Philip) Weidner and the late David M. Kuehl. Beloved cousin, niece, aunt, and friend. April passed away on May 13, 2026, at the age of 60. She will be greatly missed by her family and close friends.

Her passion for life included traveling with family and friends, always up for a new adventure. Her big personality and contagious laugh filled every room. She was never afraid to be herself and treated everyone she met as a friend. She was always there to make you laugh and was loved by everyone who got the chance to meet her.
