Anne Marie (nee Mattingly) of Cincinnati, OH formerly of St. Mary's, KY. Loving wife of Brad Helms. Dear mother of Jessica Lauren (Thomas) Stout, Mary Ellen and Emma Caroline Helms. Proud grandmother "Umi" of Ella Rayne Girard. Beloved sister of Charles Mattingly, Mary Ellen Ritchie, Rosemary Warren, D.H. Mattingly, John Mattingly, Joseph Mattingly and the late Michael Mattingly. Daughter of the late Charles B. and Inez Mattingly. Passed away on November 2, 2010 at the age of 54 after a 13 year battle with cancer.
