Cherished grandmother of Brian Howd (deceased), Cindy (Eric) Hermecz, Katie (Aaron) Holden, Matthew Howd, Nikki (Chris) Cox, Betsy Howd, Stephanie Howd, Darla Bateman and Donald Bateman. Great grandmother of Destiny, Zack, Kyle, Justin, Hunter, Evan, Jackson, Olivia, Kylie, Mallory, Alec and Aylia. Dear sister of Ellafaye Snead, Bonnie Trammell, Brenda Jo Hamilton and the late Charles Phipps, Louise Quarles, Alma Martin and Billy Phipps. Passed away January 29, 2022 at the age of 89. Anna was proud to be a coal miner's daughter. She was an avid reader and loved to golf. She was an active member of Mt. Repose Baptist Church, where her services will be held. Family and friends will be received Monday, February 7 from 10 AM - 12 PM at Mt. Repose Baptist Church, 6088 Branch Hill -Guinea Pike, Milford 45150, where funeral services will follow at 12 PM. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
