Jacobs, Ann Gertrude. Dear daughter of Capt. A.J. and Isabella (nee Norris) Jacobs who were native of Paducah, Kentucky. Miss Jacobs graduated from the Cincinnati College of Music and the University of Cincinnati where she received her masters in administration. She was a member of ORTA and Mu Phi Epsilon music fraternity Mu Omicron Chapter. Miss Jacobs was a teacher in the Cincinnati Public Schools for nearly 30 years. She died on Sunday, January 11, 2004 at the age of 96 at Meadowbrook Care Center in Montgomery.
