Anita J. Walters, born on March 25, 1952, in Oneida, Tennessee, passed away on August 21, 2026.

Anita is lovingly remembered by her sons, Brandon Walters and Cameron (Tracy) Walters, who were sources of joy throughout her life. Her spirit will also live on in her cherished grandchildren, Sophia, Emma, and Mia, whose love brought her boundless happiness. Anita was a devoted sister to Janice Newberry and shared a bond built on years of mutual love and support.

Close friends held a special place in Anita’s heart. She formed lasting friendships with Ron Osborn, Jim and Julie Brossart, and their children, Kayle Zingler, Lexi Kranner, Andrew Brossart, and Jay Brossart, who will forever treasure the warmth and kindness she so freely offered.

Anita was predeceased by her beloved husband, Gary Walters. She also joins her father, David Allen, her mother, Nellie Allen, and her son, Bradley Walters, in eternal rest.

A graveside service to honor Anita’s life will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at Myers Cemetery, located at 6640 Ohio 48, Goshen, OH 45122. The service will begin at 11AM. All who knew Anita and wish to pay their respects are welcome.
