Angela Lee
Jordan
November 9, 1961 – April 28, 2026
Angela Lee (nee Brock) Jordan, of Blanchester, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on April 28, 2026, at the age of 64 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Angela was the beloved wife of Jace Ivan Jordan. If you ever cruised Frisch’s, you'll remember her '78 orange mustang with orange plaid seats that absolutely won over Jace over 45 years ago. (Yes, that is a very long time to put up with somebody, but we all agree they were perfect for each other.)
She was the loving mother of Melissa Lynn Jordan, who caused her to go gray at an early age, but it was worth it because everyone loved Angela's white hair! Attached at the hip, Angela and Melissa went from storm spotter classes to concerts to shopping, and she enjoyed doing all the silly things Melissa could ever come up with or honestly just sitting around at home with their cat Ethel.
Angela was the youngest of 9 children: survived by three brothers; Raymond Brock, Sie Brock, Clarence (Regina) Brock, and two sisters; Evelyn Stultz, and Brenda (Steve Godby) Brock. She was preceded in death by one sister; Cressie Ross, and two brothers; Denver Brock, and Ewell “Junior” Brock. She always found herself running the show and telling everyone exactly how it is even from a young age. Especially when it meant standing up for her dearly loved family members (she ALWAYS meant business!).
Angela was the cherished daughter of the late Rev. Ewell and Mary Jane (nee Saylor) Brock. They raised her to fear the Lord which lasted into her adulthood.
She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
Angela spent her working years in various retail roles around Milford chatting everyone's ears off, but her favorite job was at Johnny's Toys where she enjoyed letting the kids go into the castle for birthdays. She also enjoyed spending an afternoon at the casino with her two sisters Evelyn and Brenda, but she would never tell if she won! A lifelong Elvis fan, she wants you all to know that she was not preceded in death by him and he is still alive. We will miss her wonderful smile, weather updates, laughter, crocheting, gravy and biscuits, and help for everyone with all sorts of random things that needed done. From gardening to sewing to knowing how to handle all of us crazy people she was lucky enough to be related to, there was nothing she couldn't do!
Friends will be received from 6 PM to 8 PM on Monday, May 4 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, May 5.
The interment will take place at Myers Cemetery, Goshen TWP, OH.
