Andrew "Andy" of Miamisburg, OH, passed away on July 11, 2015 at the age of 36. Beloved son of Thomas and Nancy Deyo. Dear brother of Lisa Caulfield, Donald Deyo, Katherine Deyo and Danielle (Jeremiah) McFarland. Loving grandson of Helen Klein. Uncle of Nicole Deyo, Ashley Deyo, Kaitlyn Deyo, Genavieve Deyo and Jeremiah McFarland Jr. and great uncle to Amber Deyo. Godson of Christopher Colby, Thomas Colby and Diann Rosburg. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends. Preceded in death by grandparents, Darrol Klein and Richard and Dolores Colby. A Celebration of Life service will be held at Peoples Church, 220 William Howard Taft Rd., Cincinnati on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 4 PM where friends and family will be received from 2 to 4 PM. A Celebration gathering will be held immediately following the service in the fellowship hall at Peoples Church. Pastor Christopher Beard will be officiating the services for Andy.
