Amy Kostrzewski (nee Brummett) was born on September 9, 1964 to Georgia (nee Sarvir) Brummett and the late Thomas Brummett and passed away March 15, 2017 at the age of 52. Amy enjoyed crafts and talking with everyone on Facebook. She is survived by her husband, Brian Kostrzewski; sisters, Brenda Holt and Tammy Brummett; a brother, Thomas Brummett; nieces, Felicia Hall and Michaela Brummett; nephews, Robert Bolin, Denver Holt. Jr., and Thomas Holt; great niece Madelyn Hall. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister Lisa Shelton. Funeral services will be held at 3 PM on Friday March 31, 2017 at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH 45107, where friends will be received from 2 PM until time of service. Memorials in Amy's name may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
