Amos Tincher, 70 of Morrow, OH, passed away Sunday February 1, 2015 at West Chester Hospital. He was born August 2, 1944 to Jack and Ethel (nee Miller) Tincher.
Amos was a US Army Veteran and worked as a Police Officer for the Village of Morrow and as a custodian for Little Miami Schools.
He is survived by his wife Janet (nee Baker) Tincher; children, Cindy Johns, Cherie Gentry, Jenny Mitchell, Nakesha ElAzzouzi and Michelle Davis; loved as sons, Allen Marcum and Jeff Surface; grandchildren, 20; great grandchildren, 12; brothers and sisters, Sheila Doughman, Wilma Bray, Shirley Bray, James Tincher and Cindy Hook. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife L. Carol Tincher and a son Michael Bailey.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Friday February 6, 2015 at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH 45107 where friends will be received from 10:30 AM until time of service.
Interment Morrow Cemetery, Morrow, OH.
