Amanda Forman of Vandalia, OH, passed away October 31, 2024, at the age of 49. Beloved daughter of Elisheva (Steve) Shurts and the late Charles "Butch" Forman. Devoted mother of Nicholas (Lacey) Reed, Morgan Walker, Danielle Walker, Sky Walker, Leonard Walker, and the late John Walker. Cherished grandmother of Charlee Reed and Lucas Reed. Caring sister of Sean (Mel) Forman and Scott (Kayrn) Forman.

Friends and family will be received Thursday, November 7, 2024, from 10 AM until the hour of service at 12 PM, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N Riverside Avenue, Loveland, OH, 45140. Interment Murdock Cemetery, Hamilton Township. Donations in Amanda's memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
