Loving husband of 44 years to Nancy (nee Gulley) Reif. Dear father of Angie Reif and Jodi (Stephen) Fischer. Beloved brother of Dale (Cathie) Reif and Sonnie (Randy) Jaccod. Proud uncle of Jenny Gulley, Paula White, and Ron (Linda) Gulley. Beloved great uncle of Molly Gulley. Loving step-son of Chris Reif, and caring son-in-law of Gertie Gulley. Allen is also survived by many other friends, relatives, and his dog Buddi. U.S. Army
