Allen Ray Powell, of West Chester, OH. Born on December 2, 1971 in Cincinnati, OH. Died on Friday, May 9 at the age of 42. Loving father of Christina Powell. Beloved son of Teri L. (Whitley) Howell and the late Allen Andrew Powell. Step-son of Curtis Howell. Dear grandson of Sarah Whitley and the late Samuel Ray Whitley and Loretta Wells and the late Jim Wells. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends. Allen enjoyed being outside fishing and hunting or working on cars. He was also a very talented artist. Services will be held on Thursday, May 15, 11 AM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service. A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, May 15 at South Salem Cemetery, Buckskin TWP, OH.
