Al was an Attorney who practiced in four states and before the U.S. Supreme Court, he was an expert with Product Liability and Environmental Claims Litigation. He was the Chief Litigation Counsel for Marion Merrell Dow and Environmental Litigation Section Head at Dow Chemical Co. He held important civic city government positions in Summit, N.J., Madeira, OH, Midland MI, and Loveland, OH. Al was also an avid stamp collector and a member of local chess clubs.Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 A.M. on Thursday December 22, 2005 at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8815 E.
