Alberta Lavone Trochelman, 100, of Blanchester, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on October 7, 2021, with her family by her side. She was a member of the Homemakers Club in Blanchester. Alberta was an avid bowler and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was the beloved mother of Darryl Trochelman, Sandra Luttmann, and Roberta Pence; loving grandmother of 16; proud great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother of numerous grandchildren; dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. Alberta was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Trochelman; children, Richard Trochelman, Vicky Phillips, and Rhonda Nagle; parents, Forest and Carcinnia Hawthorne; sisters, Thelma Tedrick, Mary Etta Richards, and Joan Stivers; brothers, Earl Hawthorne, Carl Hawthorne, and Raymond Hawthorne. A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Blanchester, Ohio, where friends will be received from 11am until the time of service. Interment will take place at Second Creek Cemetery, Blanchester, Ohio.
