Steven Eugene Flaugher of Goshen, OH. Went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at the age of 74. Born on July 28, 1947 in Mariemont, OH. Beloved husband of 48 years to Deborah C. (nee Gilkision) Flaugher. Loving father of Michelle (James) Gibson, Tina (John) Frazer and Stephanie (Brandon) Fawley. Caring grandfather of Jimmy (Hannah) Gibson, Christina (Joe) Lewis, Abigail Frazer, Amber Frazer, Brooklyn Frazer and Sadie Fawley. Proud great-grandfather of Starrlynn Gibson, Olivia Gibson, Hailey Lewis, Chloe Lewis, Joe Lewis and Aria Gibson. Dear brother of Christie Inskeep, Sharon Lundsford, Patty Reed and Geary Flaugher. Cherished son of the late Harry "Bud" Russell and Anna Maurene (nee Grager) Flaugher. Step-son of Effie Flaugher. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends. Steve proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was in the 134th AHC where he was a door gunner. He was a devoted Christian and member of First Baptist Church of Goshen. He enjoyed fishing, coaching basketball, bowling and was a very devoted family man. Friends will be received from 11 AM to 1 PM on Wednesday, December 8 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where a military honor service will begin at 1 PM followed by the funeral service. Pastor Daniel Ivey and Pastor Junior Pitman will be the minister's for Steve's services.
