Billy Ray Wagoner of Loveland, Ohio, formerly of Jacksonville, Florida. Loving father of Billy Ray Wagoner II and Kim Anderson. Caring grandfather of Elizabeth Anderson, Brian Anderson, Jayla Wagoner, Haley Wagoner, and Samantha Wagoner. Dear great grandfather of Jamison Anderson. Beloved brother of the late Larry Wagoner. Billy is also survived by his former spouse Sandy Harris. Passed away on January 18, 2026, at the age of 81. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
